HFC-227ea

Ecochill HFC-227ea is a high-performance clean agent fire suppression gas designed to protect people, sensitive equipment, and critical assets. It provides rapid fire suppression, reaching effective extinguishing concentrations in 10 seconds or less in appropriately designed systems. Colourless, virtually odourless, and electrically non-conductive, HFC-227ea is stored as a liquefied compressed gas and discharges as a clear vapour without leaving residue or requiring post-discharge cleanup. It is suitable for protecting electrical equipment, electronic systems, and other valuable assets where conventional fire suppression methods may cause damage or downtime. With zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), HFC-227ea is used in clean agent systems designed in accordance with applicable standards, including NFPA 2001. Its environmental impact, safety requirements, and regulatory status should be considered when selecting a fire suppression solution.
